I would like to offer my sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to your staff 'Njabulo Binda who have been unfailing in his dedication, commit- ment and perseverance in keeping me feel served and cared for every time I go to your branch 'Gandhi Square.I went to the branch for card issues, he sold me a funeral cover that i didn't come for ,gave me sufficient information with a smile i went to the branch again after maybe a month or 2 i was assisted by him again the man couldn't recognize me but still served me with the smile,very humble and respectful young man he is. We need more consultants like him,his serving with love and respect.
