I would like to commend Shannon (male) from Westgate Mall Branch JHB for his outstanding customer service.
I had an issue that their back office Call Center agent was unable to resolve, however, he persisted that I get the service I deserved and didn't turn me away as others would.
Thanks Shannon, keep up the good work, this is what brings clients back!
