Complete Failure of Duty – Utter Negligence and Lack of Professionalism by Z.Masiza

Dear Capitec Recovery Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable handling of my case (Incident Number: ***), specifically the complete lack of communication from Z. Masiza. As I am currently abroad, I am unable to visit a local branch to resolve my credit card PIN issue, which is why I initiated this case in the first place.

On August 30, I received an email from Z. Masiza. On the same day, I promptly rep**** requesting a date and time for a Zoom or similar meeting to resolve the issue. However, without receiving any response, I was later informed on September 3 that I had missed a meeting scheduled for 10 AM. I was never provided with any information regarding this meeting, including the date and time, so it is unreasonable to expect my participation.

Following this, I sent further emails on September 3 and September 11 requesting the necessary details for the meeting, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me unable to use my credit card, as I cannot enter my PIN for any transactions abroad.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial stress, and I hold Z. Masiza responsible for the negligence and failure to follow up. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. Furthermore, I request that you investigate this matter, as this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. Should this situation continue, I will consider taking further action, including requesting compensation for the losses and inconvenience caused by this delay.

As I am currently outside of the country, email communication is the most efficient and reliable way to resolve this matter. If there is a direct phone line available, I am happy to call and discuss the issue further.

I look forward to a prompt resolution and a clear plan to move forward.

Sincerely, M. CINARCI
