Complaint Update

I will never recommend anyone to use Capitec because their service is horrible, they don’t care about their customers, they cannot put professionalism with s**** and that is the sad truth, they want their money at the end of every month but they don’t do their jobs properly and they do not have any professionalism.

I have been waiting on a manager Bulelani to get back to me since 17 December 2019, it is the 24 December today and still I haven’t received any email back regarding my inquiry, they least they could have done was update me regarding my complaint, perhaps informing me that it’s going to take a while but I recieved absolutely nothing. I called in on the 8 December and spoke to a consultant and he was not even trying his best and then I emailed client care the 9 December and only after I wrote a review on Hellopeter, they decide to get back to me but that also took a while I have sent several emails to this company but absolutely no response and it’s disgusting.

If you have a job then do it properly because there are many people who does not have a job that can do the job better than you can, at least have customer service s****s if you are working in the industry.

I am still waiting for them to get back to me. It has basically been a whole month and I’m fed up now.
