Complaint that wasn't solved

since I complain about the money that was ****** in my auntys account since even now she didn't get help shes calling them everyday but no help they are only playing with her feelings ,capitec is making billions but they can't help a pensioner with R1890 thats so disappointing and she went to them trusting that if anything happens with her money they will be responsible .we don't want stories we just need you guys to refund the money we need it its festives we need to buy groceries.why can't you just help the old lady to get her money back once .all you do best at is calling and telling us problems not solutions.WE NEED THE MONEY BACK BEFORE THE END OF DECEMBER 2021
