Complaint Sorted Excellently
Nandipha at Customer Complaints Managements escalates my issue and my bank account was sorted. She also was sure to let me know I can collect my card.
The assistance was easy and effortless and Jonathan at the Hibernian Branch in George gave me my card and his assistance on this matter since last year was and has been both awesome and appreciated.
To both Nandipha and Jonathan. Thank you guys.
