I am David again, ***, i would like to give credit were it is due, my complaint *** was handled very well and i have received enough feedback a lady by the name of Misha was so helpful and friendly and she gave information the best way she can and it really put me at ease to know that someone cares in the midst of the bad service that we are sometimes subjected to. Capitec thank you. though we are still awaiting the final settlement on the matter, i got no doubt now that it will end up well.
