Complaint resolved promptly

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter and Capitec made work of it to resolve in a very positive way. My view of Capitec was always very positive, but we had a negative experience that for me was out of character for them. Luckily they assisted promptly, which is more like the Capitec we've come to know.
