Complaint resolution efficient

My complaint was resolved quickly and professionally .Thanks to the manager at Da****rt Mall Capitec bank,with high level of integrity and empathy and also providing me with information that is useful. We need more people like her with excellent banking and customer service s****s.Thank you as well to Hellopeter for creating a platform to voice our grievances. Im now back to being a happier client at Capitec Bank. Thank you
