Complaint regarding Capitec Insurance Claims Department

*** Iam tired of your poor service. I app**** for unemployment insurance on the 1st of November 2024. I follow up with you so many times and you promised that you are still busy and you will get back to me after 7 working days as on your system it shows that claim insurance team is working on.

After so many follow ups I did with you through telephonically and e-mail on the 18th of November 2024 via WhatsApp you send me WhatsApp saying you did not receive documents.
