*****/Complaint process is concerning

Really disappointed in Capitec. It's been almost 5 weeks of me trying to get my money reversed from them, my own money and their customer service is putrid making you feel like you a nuisance for checking on your case, but they make no effort in contacting me and then I get automated replies. I am told to wait 30 days then maybe they will refund/reverse MY money, that's basically telling me to give the ****mers 30 days to get away with my money. They promise one thing but don't come through. I have lost all faith in Capitec don't feel in control of my own finance but then they deduct their fees like clockwork
