Complaint insurance on loan

<p>I had taken a loan with capitec bank in 2013. At the end of 2014 December i was diagnosed with an occupational illness which affected my lungs & i had 3 lung lavages from 2014 & 2015. I ended up bieng put on disabilty when i got well enough i went Capitec bank in Durban where i was hospitalised & i took all my Drs papers & evidence of my illness. I was told the insurance i had bieng paying was useless CAPITEC ONLY COVERS DEATH & RETRENCHMENT WHAT IS THAT i was put on permemanet disabilty. I went for help so many times. How can someone who is on disabilty pay a loan. DONT TAKE CAPITEC LOANS if ypu cant work they will still hold you liable so the insurance is USELESS</p>
