COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Capitec 's complaint handling is ****ty.
They have been dealing with a complaint for more than 7 days. I want my money from them , and they are not being helpful.
I emailed their "CEO' office and complaints line but i have not been helped. They keep telling me to waiting.
I feel like a not being treated fairly and i want nothing to do with the bank, i just need my MONEY.
