COMPLAINT

My bank account has been blocked since 1st December and no one is able to assist me to sorting this issue out. When I went into Rosebank office the consultant said they received some documents for them to block my account and was not allowed to see the documents. How can some random ********** just send you documents to block my account which does not have my consent or signature or any correspondence from whoever they are to me and the bank just proceeds to block my account not even investigating and confirming with me . This is such bad service and all that Capitec does it push me from pillar to post...IF THIS WAS ***** U SAY IT IS WHY AM I BEING INCONVENIENCED AND HAVING TO NOW SMELL WHAT OR WHO IS DOING THIS ***** ON MY ACCOUNT AND WHY IS CAPITEC NOT FOLLOWING PROPER PROCEDURES TO SORT THIS OUT INSTEAD LEAVING ME IN THE DARK.IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND STILL TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON AND NO NUMBERS OR EMAILS I GOT HAVE BEEN ATTENDED TO OR WORKING....IM READY TO SUE CAPITEC FOR WITHHOLDING MY BANK ACCOUNT ACCESS AND INFORMATION ABOUT WHO ARE THE PERPETRATORS INVOLVED IN GIVING SUCH INSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT PROPER PROCEDURES FOLLOWED AND CONTACTING ME. .
