COMPLAINT-CAPITEC/CENTRIQ LIFE

Please do not take out a claim with Capitec Bank/Centriq Life .i took out a policy for my late cousin only to be told at claim stage that I'm not eligible to claim because to them we are not blood related, while they have paid out people with the same relation as me. They are very inconsistent in decision making and have failed to prove their consistency .They have flat out denied my claim after taking so long to come back to me way after the funeral has passed only to be told my claim has been rejected due to that reason of non relation .Ive endured so much cost and have receipts to prove my contribution in the funeral only for them to reject the claim.PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE OUT CLAIMS FROM CAPITEC
