Complaint Capitec Insurance

I got retrenched in 2022 and I had a personal loan. Capitec insurance was paying my loan repayments. I am still unemployed however Capitec started deducting my money in December. I went to several branches to reverse the payments however I am not getting any assistance. I have submitted all the documents they required however now they want an updated Ui19 document. I do not have this document because I am still unemployed. May you please provide assistance.
