COMPLAINT

I just returned from the Capitec Meadowlands Zone 2 branch and I was stunned to find out that they don’t deposit coins. I went there with savings of over R5000 in coins to deposit into my account and I was told they don’t take coins. Imagine the Capitec target market and the decision not to accept coins. I’m so disappointed and annoyed to the point that I want to close my capitec account. It serves no purpose
