Complaint

Good evening,

I would like to complain about the service I have received from Capitec Bank since last week Friday the 19 November 2021.

I called in and spoke to Mikaela who offered her assistance with regard to switching my debit orders from FNB to Capitec. I went out of my way to print bank statements and emailed all the necessary information to Mikaela upon her request to ***. She promised to action my request by Monday the 22nd Nov. Unathi responded to my email on Monday saying that it is being processed by Mikaela. I sent another email to Unathi on Wednesday asking about the progress of my debit orders. No response.

I called in today and spoke to Tebogo and she assured me that she will escalate my query through to the relevant department and someone will call me back within the hour. 10 hours have passed and no call from Capitec Bank.

Is this how your new clients are being treated when I have decided to put my trust in Capitec with my savings and moving all my accounts and debit orders to you.? It is now the 27Th of November and my debit orders are starting to go off on my Fnb account where there are no funds in it to support them as my money is with Capitec.

So please i ask you what do i do now??

Very disappointed and frustrated as these debit orders are my policy's and medical aids. I have just had 3 heart attacks and am sitting with an ovarian cyst currently, am bedridden and cannot walk hence the help offered from Mikaela.

Please can i get assistance as soon as possible.

Thank you Gadija Jackson *** ***
