I'm so disappointed of both carletonville branches,should a client have a choice between an ATM and branch deposit..I was told only coins will be accepted in after standing a long cue..mind you I'm pregnant standing on my feet for more than 30minutes and the two ladies there are very arrogant and rude towards people they were making a mockery of me as if I was there to ask for money I got one name Dineo and the other chubby one I didn't get
