***** complaint

On the(22 Jan 2026) I opened up my capitec bank app to check if my money had grown interest as I had put it on the 31 days notice so it can have interest and save it. It was an amount of R33 000. Then I say my balance had now been R23 000. I contacted my daughter and she said It can t be because you can't access it until the 31 days so I went to the branch the next day and they told me that the money had ben taken out so I asked them how because I didn't do that. We then tracked the money and they said they will do a follow up and an investigation. They called their ***** department and gave me a reference number and told me to open up a case at the SAPS . I opened the case and got my case number . When I gave them the case number, a day later I got an sms saying they are not able to do anything about my R10 000 that was taken from their bank and when i wanted to access the remaining amount they told me i had to put in a notice but when i asked how did the people who stole it take it without puting un a notice they didnt reapond so I would like your assistance and help.
