complaint

i took a loan with capitec bank in qumbu branch eastern cape the lady that assisted me did the switching of banks so that i bank with capitec and everything of mine i do with capitec aswell as the debit order for the loan.... a few months after my loan i got a call from a collections legal department saying im not paying my loan and i made arrangements with them to debit on my acc... I went to the same capitec branch and to my suprise the consultant that assisted me did not change my banking details on their system.... now i have arrears and a listing on my name because of a consultant that did not do their job correctly. its capitec banks fault that i have arrears because since i took the loan i used capitec and they never debited.
