Complaint

I first went to Capitec to open a simple bank account,I brought my ID and proof of residence which was a water and lights bill,I was told that I can't open an account because it has to be proof that I'm staying in Potchefstroom and I can't use my my proof because it's a bill from a house in Kzn,I then got proof of residence from my work place at the Sandf,I was told that it won't work because I'm not living at the base,I had to get my rental lease,I got that then I was told that it has to be certified,basically I went three times to the bank in one day just to open a simple bank account but other banks would have helped me immediately because I had proper proof of residence in the first place
