Capitec bank blocked my account without contacting me they didn't warn me they took a decision to block my account when I call them after I noticed that they say I will never use Capitec bank again and there's nothing I can do to resolve the matter am sad because I've been good to them they should atleast call me and question me before taking decisions about my account
