Complaint

As a capitec client im very upset with the service i get from capitec . I layed a complaint that money was taken from my account witch i dont know about went to capitec asked them if i could get my money back becouse it is ***** if money goes out of your account without you knowing.they said i must wait 30days ..the 30days is long gone nd im still waiting no feedback nothing .im really disappointed.
