Complaint

I had a very unpleasant experience with the branch manager of Capitec in Southernwood East London by the name of Luyolo Ngxutha. The consultant who was assisting me "Janine" was more helpful then him, he could learn a thing or two from the consultants as he was very rude and arrogant towards me, when I told him I was going to complain about this he told me to go ahead, I'm very disappointed in this and plan to take further steps in this.
