Complaint

I hereby state that on the 30th of November 2021 I went to the bank to reverse a transaction that went twice when I bought car parts at USA spares.The claim was lodges and the claim number was given to me.I was then told that I must at least wait for the money to be reversed since it was verified with the dealer.I waited from then till today on the 17th of December.I then decided to call Capitec Head quarters to find out what's taking so long for my money to be reversed,the guy that assisted me told me that I should wait for an SMS that will tell if the matter is been finalised.Im very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service that I have received.Its December time and R1725 is deducted twice in my account ,to them it seems like nothing wrong is happening and all they can tell me is to wait.I need Capitec to resolve this matter with immediate effect because I'm not at fault here and USA spares should sort out their shipping machines because this situation caused me a lot by taking my time making up and downs unnecessary and extra bank charges for reversals. I with respect request that relevant people consider this as an urgent matter. Thanking you in advance
