Complaining about the money deducted from my personal account

I app**** for a loan via capitec bank at the 18th of february 2025, however i decided to cancel the loan application during the same day i app**** for. it has been over a month now the loan has not been cancelled, yet the bank has already started to debit the money from my personal account. I am struggling financially due to the money that has been debited whereas i have never receive a loan. I am asking for help.
