Complaining about the clearance of (handed over account)
My name is Tarrance Mtiyo I took a loan at Capitec bank back in 2013 and I got retrenched after 5 months, I couldn't pay the loan and they handed me over to the attorney's fine! I've paid the a the account and 2022 they sent me the pay up letter fine! I wrote an email to Capitec to be cleared and they requested the transfer form 17.7 okay fine, I got the transfer form and sent it again 24 April 2025 and guess what! They just ignored me untill to date.
