Complaining about online payment to beautybunchcs.com

Hi i have been using capitec bank for 15 but i am very much fastruted right on the 30 march something called beautybunchcs.com deducted R150 without me noticing and again they R1034.56 on the 13 April it shows as an online payment to beautybunchcs.com but i didn't i wason my way home when the went off i visited branch the next morning i told them my story they told there nothing they can do because it shows that bought something online because is not the first time i did buy for R150 on the 30 march R150 even now i did lost R1184.56.i paid R80 for reversal and cancellation of old card And R70 for new card this is not fare capitec must solve their own mess
