Complaining

I have problem here i have being having this problem since from last October last where I went to the bank to have statement and when I checked this statement something caught my eye and the have being debt order that has beening happening in my account and I when to the bank to check it out and the was no answer and this people have being making this debt order is Samsung electronic and they have not stop the because this is happening every single day if the is any cash in my account is gone and this shopping on line make my life a living nightmare because iam losing money with getting any answer from this institution so guy i don't really know what should I do please help me and my online shopping just increases without me doing that because iam not a technology person but really iam **** off and iam losing money every single day.
