Complain

late 2021 me and my Wife had financial problems then she went for debt review which also affected me then capitec stopped deducting the money that I was paying them for the loan I took from but we arranged and I only jumped two months before we arrange and we arranged ( they gave me the account to pay to and I paid till I finished and asked for paid up letter and they gave me) and my problem is that on experian shows that I missed pay them 10 months instead of 2 months so I am not happy about that they must check and fix it.
