Complain

Capitec bank it used to be the best bank and they problem is that it had grown so fast to a point where they lost respect for customers who is loyal to them i buy prepaid airtime for my friend on the app it shows it went successfully but my friend he said he didn't receive it i contact capitec customer care line these the lady told me that she will send me the bank statement which it will show that indeed i buy airtime so i show my i agree to changes for them to send me the bank statement damn this people didn't send nothing to me even when i did follow this stupid lady who asked my call her name is Rushdiyya damn she is so useless to point where am changing my bank this are so useless especially as black people when call them we're given a different service
