I’m Noxolo Ngcobo i want to send a complain about Capitec bank my account is blocked I have sent via email all the requested documents on the 16th of August 2024 and went to the branch at Watercrest mall resend the documents on the 25th of August 2024 but still my account is on hold I have waited too long it almost a month now it blocked I didn’t even get paid at work. I have been call different numbers there’s no find back they are sending me up and down.
