complain
Hellopeter, I have a complain with Capitec . a total amount of R7500 was ****** from my account. i first went to capitec to report this in May and i was asked to open a case, which i did and went back to them with the case number . i have been making follow ups every now and then and its been 2 months and they still not telling me how this will be resolved. i mean they can see that the person made electricity purchases, transfers and yet its still difficult for them to resolve this. i went to the branch even yesterday and i was told "this things take time". please help me.
