Complain

I've been banking with capitec bank for as long as I could remember. In 2012 April I lost my job and couldn't pay the loan I had with the bank at that time. Fast forward August 2013 I got a permanent job by this time my loan account had been handed over to their attorneys for collection. I was able to settle my debt late 2014. Since then I haven't been able to get credit from the capitec bank 5 years later.
