Complain

i was retrenched in May 2020 and the day I recieved my retrenchment papers I gave it in at there Mitchells Plain branch Town Centre. I even sent it again in December 2020 with my attorneys to the email address *** and again 03 March 2021. Yet they still call me for a loan that should have been made paid up by the insurance company because of the retrenchment cover. Yet for more than a year now they have not done anything about this, In the meantime my credit rating is negatively affected.
