I'm thembisile ntlangule I wrote a complain about Capitec bank bt they did not resolve my problem even today udumo khaya makhosi sent money on the 16 July it was Tuesday I called Capitec to ask why you freezing my acc they said I must do affidavit and sent to Capitec they even told udumo that she must went to Capitec they went after 7 Days we gone together with udumo they said we must wait for 3 days they will open our acc even today to today they called that there is mis behavior to my acc someone report it if wanted to know who's they said they won't mention the person who report while my acc is still close bt they don't mention the person

I'm very disappointed about Capitec bank when you open a bank you feel safe bt not at Capitec I have funeral cover in Capitec they don't mind bcoz they are owners we can do nothing about them bcoz I'm poor I must remain poor pple they want their money I have to die bcoz of capitec
