Company resources for personal matters
Hi, I am utterly disgusted about how Capitec bank from Eastern Cape located at the plaza allows their employees to use their work phones for personal matters. A girl by the name of Zizo Nokayi is using Capitec is dating my friends husband and she is using the company phone to call and harass her. Aren't the company calls suppose to be recorded and why are employees allowed to use company phones to harass people during working hours? Capitec has nothing to do with the infidelity yes but using the bank phone to call and personal 17 times a day just to harass them is extremely unprofessional.

16 Sept 2025, 11:45Hi, no I am not satisfied at all because nothing has been done no disciplinary action whatsoever. If your employees are not selling people's personal information to *****sters they are using your resource for personal matters. Calling and harassing people but I am not surprised because Capitec has never taken accountability for anything that is done by their employees. We all will canceling our accounts with this bank at least 7 of us!
