COMPANY NOT FOUND ON COMPUSCAN

What a waste of time. Trying to do a credit application and they say company cannot be found on "Compuscan". After days of back and forth, providing all the documentation that they request, every new conversation it seems they don't understand what they previously requested or why they want it.

Not sure what proof they want if they can't accept CIPC Company Registration documents???
