Communication problems

I have been trying to contact Capitec Bank via their *** email address to which it constantly says does not exist.

I have on numerous occasions needed to contact Capitec other than by phone call because I am based outside of SA but cannot do so. It’s always a rigmarole to get in touch with them and have to resort to Hllopeter each time to get a response out of them.

Can someone from Capitec please contact me via email regarding a query I need resolved urgently.
