<p>So I went to the Kenwilworth branch on Saturday and was assisted by a great friendly consultant , who went out of her way to assist me with a transfer.</p> <p> </p> <p> i cant seem to remember her name , indian looking girl with Glasses , well done to her , your call centre consultants could learn quite abi.t from her</p>
