I am from pretoria and is a fnb client when we stopped in Ngodwana to draw money at our bank FNB i saw something ive never seen from any other bank, they have a competition going on that looks very exciting. When I asked one of the consultants that work there, they informed me that all of this is to give back to the clients, they have involved a local school to join in for fun. When looking at this group you can see their dedication and commitment. asked is this competition running in PTA as well and the BM informed me that this is only here, I asked why because this is a great idee and should be installed every where since it looks like fun. To my suprise i discovered they cover all the costs of this, i could not believe that employees of a company take their own money and spend it on a company that is not even theirs the BM informed me that its not a job for them its carreer and all they want is for their clients to enjoy their experience at capitec bank because its not just a bank its a family<br> <br> To the CEO you should be proud to have people like this working for you, they go the extra mile they speak of this company as if it is there own.
