Collusion carries on - Bad Customer Service

<p>Whats the use of opening on Sundays when no banking services are served effectively and efficiently.</p> <p>Yesteday i went to Diepsloot Mall (Gauteng North) we arrived early in the morning at about 08:00 am 19/02/2017 But the Bank opened at 09:16 am ,no sorry nothing it was business as usual But go to upmarket suburbs if Bank opens at 09:00am exactly that happens.We are treated like "dirt" in this branch perhaps its because our township is regarded as squalor and hence the service is being down graded to such.</p> <p>One of your consultant in long "dreadlock" was not even wearing a name tag and sloopy T-Shirt hanging out his trousser,what this guy did its appauling,He had his friends/relatives coming to the Bank and they just wait for him to finish with a client and they went straight to his desk and they don't even get a ticket i asked myself whats the use of this tickets if others are not using them aren't we treated equal here,while we wait to be handed tickets in snaking queue and others who have friends or relatives in this branch wake up late and get preference over us who are "idiots" I asked myself how many branched are doing this across the country.When we raised it ,he was quickly defended by his colleagues as "no its just enquiries ,so sent them to enquiry desk"then i understood this act is a norm here,I thought his done with his evil deeds ,no i **** to myself few minutes later other close allies went straight to him and they were not even there when the bank opened.I did not want to waste time complaining because it appears there is no Manager/Supervisor,Team Leader in this branch everyone do as they please,.</p> <p>However,suddenly it was one consultant in desk 6 working others just log-in the system and go do shopping or loiter around the Mall to move time while clients are pilling up to be assisted by one person except guys doing deposits,I asked myself people log into system and vanish thats tantamount to "looting or *****ing" Because when you get a salary you get it full while you don't work for it,and when they come they just drag their feet.I have never seen such level of unprofessionalism please give your staff members their working hours ,when is lunch and break fast etc.</p> <p>Please help us we are under attack in Diepsloot but I will defend myself from this cheap customer service from people who regard us as trash.I cannot go to fourways Capitec ,Pretoria etc while we have Capitec in Diepsloot.</p> <p> </p>
