Collections for who??????

A female from the collections department called me this morning to ask for my salary date, and going on to ask/allude to why I haven't been able to pay my loan.

Are you serious? Are you f**king serious to ask me such ****. What type of checks did you do to ensure that you're calling the right customer.

I've been paying this loan faithfully from its inception, so, where do you find this inaccurate data.
