Coins to note never received

I have a problem with Capitec in Sanlam centre Pinetown,I have been collecting R5 coins as savings so I decided to take to capitec on the 22nd of April 2024 and change into notes but as Nomfundo was busy counting my money using the machine,It went off and she said they can not fix it but I must go home,once it's fixed they will call me and come for my money.on the 29th of April 2024 I decided to go back since nobody made any call to tell me what is happening,again they told me to wait for the call they still investigating the matter.I went back on the 7th of May 2024 to find out what is happening and I asked for a manager from Veronica and she told me there is no manager available.since when they run the branch the whole day without manager.Their service is disgusting and so disappointed and I want my money plus my expenses going up and down because nobody is bothered to call and update me.Are you now taking from the little we have?😡
