Coins deposit not credited
June 2023 I deposited coins at Capitec Bank Alberton mall branch and their coins machine broke in the process, a call was logged I was told the money will be credited to my account within 7 working days. Till today nothing has been credited to my account, I have enquired 4 times with them on different branches.
