COINS

I am aware that Capitec does not have any tellers. I am struggling to find change but have been refused coins and smaller denomination notes buy 3 of the largest banks as well as PnP. All I was looking for was R1000 worth of change but nobody is prepared to help. What must I do? Should I close my Capitec bank account and open an account with a competitor? Perhaps my account is too small to matter but I am certain many Capitec clients also suffer the same frustration.
