Clueless Capitec

Over half an hour in the Cresta branch today to try and get an answer to a simple question: if I had to draw Euros at an ATM in Europe today with my Capitec card, what currency exchange rate would be app****, ZAR to EUR? Until people in the branch even understood what I was asking for wasted 10 min. I kept on getting told they don't charge any fees for currency conversion - I was close to pulling my already thinning hair out. Eventually, I have two different people in the branch trying to get hold of their foreign exchange department. The one holds for over 15 min to even get someone to pick up, and the other gets through via a different department. And after all that they tell me I must call Mastercard to get the exchange rate!!!
