Closure of account with my funds in it

I am so unhappy with their services I received funds from a person who their account was reported by their brother which affected my account the amount was R1000 and I had R17000 now they want to close my account for good I even told them to take their funds of R1000 it’s okay leave my R17000 still no response I don’t understand how this bank works
