Closing my capitec account

I've been with capitec since 2012 and now they have frozen my account for a month without any communication, I've been to the branch several times with all the documents they have request, it's been a month now I haven't had any communication whatsoever, I need to pay rent and tuition fee for the kids. No one is willing to assist me and now I don't know what to do, I can't even provide for my family, it's draining and frustrating.
